Experienced Billing Clerk - Must Have Office Experience

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Billing Clerk.  As an Experienced Billing Clerk, you will be responsible for billing deals, dealer trades and other duties as assigned in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.   You should be highly organized and detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently or in a team setting. 

Job Responsibilities

• Bill retail deals, dealer trades, product sales and wholesales
• Clean and maintain inventory schedules
• Complete weekly sales commission sheets for all stores
• Daily lien payoff
• Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills        
• Solid computer and data entry skills
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Billing experience required
• Title experience is a plus
• Knowledge of uploading Microsoft Excel spreadsheet templates
• Ability to maintain good employee relations by acting courteously and amicably towards other co-workers.
